Brettafélag Hafnarfjarðar - Hafnarfjörður

Brettafélag Hafnarfjörður was founded on July 9, 2012 in the old library, and the purpose of the association was to set up indoor facilities for skateboarding in Hafnarfjörður.
In 2014, the company got premises at Flatahrauni 14, where it is still housed.
The company has grown rapidly and is now run in four divisions: skateboards, snowboards, mountain bikes and a BMX division. The company's practitioners who do organized exercises at the company number around 400 between the ages of 5 and 18, but a number of children and teenagers also attend the indoor facilities every day.
