Lava Hostel is owned by the scout group of Hafnarfjörður. We offer friendly atmosphere and low price accommodations for groups. Our hostel is just a short walk from the town centre with cosy restaurants and cafes and free museums.
Hafnarfjörðuris known as the Viking Centre and also unofficial elf capital of Iceland. This charming seaside town with colourful houses is surrounded by endless lava fields and natural treasures. It is the third-largest town in Iceland with a great variety of attractions and activities to discover including kayaking and horseback riding tours in the lava fields.
