Róshildur Jónsdóttir and Snæbjörn Þór Stefansson, a married couple, founded Hugdetta in Reykjavik in 2008. This product and interior design company has been creating its own products and taking on projects from other businesses since its founding. Both of them earned Bachelor's degrees in Product Design from the Icelandic Academy of the Arts in 2006.
